They may have dispensed with the RA numbers for the early release Flex saddles since they know why all of them are getting returned. Just a guess.
Looks like they are! AH's customer service is second to none.I haven't use my Flex for hunting I used my Kestrel. It looks brand new are they replacing them even if they are not damaged?
You don’t even have to pick up the phone. I emailed them and included a few pics. Simple.Give AH a call. They'll treat you right.
Great company. Not only are they replacing my Flex, Debbie was willing to send me back a size 2 instead of the size 1 I'm returning.
Got my replacement yesterday. I agree it’s definitely heavier but some of that could be the upsizing as well. Had to do a short hang and I definitely believe it’s going to be more comfortable than the size 1.
