I am forever on Hanks site looking at recipes. That book is on my list to get for sure.

That it a great recipe! My wife isn’t really a fan of Venison or pot roast, and she really loved the shoulder roast.

Buck Buck Moose has an amazing Venison Barbacoa Slow Cooker recipe, when finished you can a variety of meals with it!
