I've made a copy as well. It is a pinch small, but everything just barely fits. Really dig the setup, so I'll probably make a larger one soon. I'll try to grab a pic.
 
Alright, here are my patterns. All widths are 10", and I used a #8 zipper that has an overall tape width of 1.5". Folds are marked with a dotted line. You could simplify this a lot and save yourself quite a bit of time. However, I like the looks of this version, and the extra layers add some durability.

Nice jobs! I took the easy route.... holds 40’ of 11mm and still has tons of room for...you know.....stuff

Is there an alternative to Amerisuede? Is it more or less the same as regular heavy duty suede? I really like the silence of suede but I don't think I want camo patterns so I'm looking for other options.

It's a medium weight, 8oz polyester fabric with a suede-like surface. Not quite the same as suede, but don't see why it wouldn't work!

I think I'll just go with Amerisuede. How do those triglides work? Just a 1" triglide through the molle loop? I assume that's 1" webbing seeing as I can't find 3/4" G-Hooks.

The triglides work fine, and just like you said; though the molle loops. All webbing is 1".

Awesome. Thanks. Is there a preference metal vs. plastic triglides (other than for strength)? Where do you get the flat metal triglides? I'm new to this. I really appreciate the help.
