Rope options

What are the lightest options for a tether, lineman's and bridge. I've only tired out my RCH/Sitdrag in the back yard and already feel like my lineman's rope and tether are on the heavy side.

Using a Hunter safety's lifeline cut down for a tether.

Previous owner of the sitdrag had a similar style rope for the bridge.

I know my lineman's rope is on the heavy side. Its drastically larger diameter than the other two ropes.

Just looking for ways to lighten the load and make sure I have a more enjoyable experience when I get everything lined out. Thanks.

For bridge, 1/4” amsteel would be light but u can also easily tie yourself a 1” webbing bridge and easily experiment with lengths

Tether & LB some popular choices that are good for weight and compactness would be 9mm HTP (cheaper) or 8mm Oplux(more expensive)

I was curious of the 7/8/9mm rope. Wanting to buy some and eventually replace what I have with lighter equipment. I fabbed up a platform at home, welded it at work. 100% sure it's over built especially the post. May have to fab another that is much lighter. I dressed in everything and packed my bag as I plan to when I hunt, everything added up to a considerable amount quickly. It wasnt excessive, but there has to be some fat to trim somewhere.
