Rub my feet

Just tried on the Lowa Renegade GTXs at my local REI at your recommendation, and I really liked them. Any insight on how to get them for less than $240??

I looked all over and didn't find them any cheaper than that

Has the waterproofing held up on your boots? I thoughts have always been there water resistant. Not water proof. I have only ever tried cheaper gortex boots. So can't compare to a good pair. Every where I hunt is wet. I barely get 2 seasons out of my rubber boots. Some lace ups would def be more comfy hanging in the saddle.

If your question was directed at me the waterproofing held up great. Went through plenty of streams and actually used them in colder temps than I thought they'd be good for too. I have followed the instructions on cleaning/conditioning/etc and purchased the following to keep them in good shape:

Keen Durand II are great! I ran them this year in all types of terrain and I was very pleased.

I highly recommend using the Lowa products for conditioning them too. I use the spray on and then the creme as they recommend and mine look almost brand new, even after using then from turkey season last year till now. Not a time yet that my feet have been wet crossing creeks with my Renegades.
