Saddle comfort, long sits are just painful

I agree with @kbetts. I bought and sold 3 different saddles before I found one that was comfortable and did not pinch or hurt my back.

Youtube has some videos that compare saddles.

Good luck.

I've only tried two so far. First I borrowed my son's Eberhart-style two piece, which was supposed to be super comfortable. Not for me, unfortunately. I bought a Cruzr XC and find it quite comfortable. I haven't hunted with it a lot yet, mostly because I haven't found the climbing system that works for me yet. I'd like to like one sticking because I really like rappelling out of the tree. However, as an somewhat overweight 70 year-old with arthritic shoulders and a prosthetic knee, I've not found an aider system that likes me. I've tried a few DIY aiders and an Ultimaider with equal lack of success. I think the XC will be fine once I get up there though.

Pick up a JX3 Hybrid and you will never have any pain

I have three of them. They carry like a dream. Most people sit longer than they walk so I will take comfort all day long
