Saddle Flaooza…… Aka Florida Saddle Hunter Meet up for 2025!!!

Guys I am so sorry. Between a knee injury and trying to learn my new protection and controls job at work, I haven’t had time to get on line. We have began organizing Saddl Flaooza 2026. It’s set for the weekend of Feb 20-22 in the same location. The wife and I are working on securing gear donations and getting the registration up on our website. Official registration (ticket sales) will be available the first week of January. Inflation be darned, and to show the community that I have no urge to make money off of this even, the price will be the same as it has been the past 3 or 4 years. So it’ll be $40 again. That price includes an official commemorative T-shirt, camping with us if you choose to, it includes a fully catered BBQ lunch on Saturday. Participation in the hog hunt as well as the Saddle Hide N Seek.
I will be giving away or raffling off ALL gear donations as usual. This year we are going to set up small elevated archery tourney on Sunday if anyone is interested. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.

Some of the guys from the panhandle and also some of our members have the NWTF expo and or deer season still going on Valentine’s weekend so I book d th campground for the weekend of Feb 20th, hopefully everyone can make it. Sorry for not getting back to you about it. I ended up injuring my knee and haven’t been good about following back up with evryone

I booked my trip and camp sites. I will load up the horse and head south to hang out with the wild Florida saddle hunters.

PS: I understand the risk inolved with hanging out with guys named Stalker and Beast.

Hey guys just wanted to respond to this thread in case someone somehow didn’t get tagged in this year’s meet up info.
There are a few guys that almost always come that haven’t booked this year. I know Jay-Bo, Nick, Elliot and PorkChop are doing that deer camp thing for BHA that weekend. So we are 4 regulars short already. And there is another cool dude that comes and brings his son each year. I believe his name is Michael. They have the nice hammock set ups with the lights on the ridgeline. I thought he was a member on here as well but I’m unsure of his handle.
And then there is our good buddy JD who already responded saying he’s not sure. JD, Michael and JayBo have been to every single Saddle Hunter meet up since we started doing this 5 years ago. I must say it won’t be the same not having some of you guys there with us. But if you are on here and just didn’t realize we had new postings, the link is up and the meet up is in 11 days
