I thought I would share this as it just happened yesterday . I was entering the woods which I had scouted earlier in the week and a couple of guys in a work truck pulled up on me. Friendly enough so I stopped for a minute and answered some of their questions . The best one was when the driver asked me where my stand was and I told him I was wearing it. These guys were amazed at how little gear I had with me and when I told him I was "wearing my stand" I'm sure he thought I was joking. I showed them my sticks and platform nicely nested on my pack and the Kestral and knee pads I was wearing and that just started a new round of questions. I gave them all a short tutorial and they were so impressed they were logging on to saddle hunter as we spoke. I`m pretty sure one of them ordered a Kestral too. That was my first interaction with other hunters who didn't know anything about my saddle setup. I'm sure they thought I was being elusive at first when I said I was wearing my stand . Anyone else had an experience like this? LOL
