Greetings,
I'm looking to get some good deals on Scentlok this Black Friday. Any feedback on either the Scentlok backpack or other nice, washable backpacks is greatly appreciated.

a 100% fleece from Kathy Kelly is what I use.... they've been washed I dont know how many times and still look like new.

I’m on my second season with the scent lok rogue back pack. It does utilize the carbon alloy tech, has a pocket with a sealed type zipper, has a decent hip belt, and the pack is quiet. Also it is hydration bladder ready, not included though. It has a few cons that are hard to tolerate. Under sized external side pockets and the interior mesh pocket are lacking, but the real issue for me is the main compartment has clip buckle straps for cinching down the excess volume when not filled. The straps hamper loading and unloading the main compartment inside pack and the external side pockets. The zipper pulls are short and flimsy, difficult with gloves or when in stealth mode. There are two cinch straps on the underside of the bag. They can make noise on contact with anything. I have been using this pack exclusively for two seasons, and will be replacing it ASAP after my season ends.

Wow. I`m using the same pack and love it. I don't carry a bunch of stuff inside and really don't use the pack for anything once I`m in my tree. Packing in my sticks and platform I use the straps you mentioned to anchor things nicely on the outside. I guess everyone will use packs differently and the Rogue suits me just fine. I pack inside my roping, bridge, tether, bino`s, range finder, spare hat, gloves, rattle bag, deer call, and kill kit. The mesh pockets carry my headlamp and spare release. That's about it for me . Everything else I wear in. I have used a Tenzing TX 1440 and like it for smaller loads and pre sets. I started with the Redhead GUN/BOW pack and just wasn't ever happy with that one. I also have a timberline kill shot which is so big I can't fill it lol. The Rogue is my go to now.
PS. When I return to the truck I put the whole pack and all my clothing in a Scentlok OZ bag and dry wash everything on the way home.

Ok, it seems on scentlok.com they're only linking to their fanny packs, no backpacks. Not sure if they're going to bring them back, but I've reached out to a few backpack manufacturers to see if their packs are washable. So far, the only name brand that's washable (in a side load washer, not a top load) is Badlands. Alps Outdoorz is not. I have a Kuiu pouch that held up well in an accidental clothing wash. I've reached out to Kuiu though for the official word and will report back when I do.

Funny how that happens huh. Its what I refer to as the Saddle Palooza Syndrome. It happens (out of stock) quite a bit to the items Saddle Hunter Folks review and use . Like you I also contacted Scent Lok.I was lokking for info on the hand warmer muffs with the same out of stock situation . They told me they would be restocking again "next fall" . Fortunately I was able to find a Rogue Pack earlier in the season because as you indicated they are out of stock almost everywhere. I`ll wait on the muffs. Picked up the Revenant set for half price. I`m in Scent Lok from head to toe so the muff is not really an issue but would be nice to have.

A little late to the game but horn hunter packs are washable. I've washed my g2 many times without issue. Their website even states to wash it before you send it in for repair.
