Seat belt webbing and thread type/size?

I did some more searching and checking FB. It seemed the consensus was that even using 138/T135 thread would not need dual tensioners on the 206. It was recommended to use an extra heavy duty tension spring. Link below.

I finally got around to using the extra heavy duty tension spring. It works well with the T135 (pic below). Unless I run into tension issues, I’ll keep using the extra heavy duty tension spring.

I did notice my OEM spring was weaker and the OEM spring I bought this year was just as weak.

Sziggy2.0 you might want to think about these springs if you are having tension issues.

OEM spring on the left, xtra heavy duty spring to the right of it.

Also pics of tension knobs I ordered, but realize I do not need.

Thanks for the info. I think i will order those springs and the dual tensioner as well to try out. I kinda rigged a dual tensioner up on my mercury and that is how I got it to work with 135 thread. I would like to have more control if possible and your sounds like i would.

Good luck and let us know how the dual tensioner and heavy duty springs work out for you.
