Show me your pack with sticks and a platform

So if your packing in some sticks and a platform, what does it looked like when you leave the truck? If I take my helliums, I have two on each side of my pack. But they are pretty long. Can grab on lots of sticks and such. So what does your pack look like if your a stick and platform guy?

Mystery Ranch Pintler but would look the same on any frame pack that has a load shelf. I’m currently building another setup but this is my go too. There are four sticks and an EDP platform in there.

Back when I was a sticks and platform guy(now I’m platform on stick). Here’s how I packed mine. Horn Hunter G2, sticks lashed to the left and platform to the right. I packed three helium’s with aiders. I always tried to get them as low as possible so they didn’t catch on crap(ultimately one reason I stopped using them)

I use 4 Beast sticks, no aiders, Ridge Runner platform, Mossy Oak Pegtooth pack. Works real well for me and doesn’t seem to snag on much of anything that I can tell.

Check out the ultimate backpack thread for details, I finally figured out my hawks and predator xl on an ALPZ Big bear expanded to backpack model, posted a few days ago. Key is a bungee cord to sandwich the main pack compartment with the sticks, and hook bungee on platform. Solid, quiet walking, comfy walking, quiet to deploy. (Except when my damn release hits my platform, but that's operator error).

I like the sideways stow. Problem with the hawks is they are so long. So if I wanted to carry them long ways, they would have to be cut. Or buy shorter sticks. Pretty comfortable to walk with?

Yeah no problem walking in. Basically just a smidge outside my hips, but not by much.

Here is my turkey vest with my one stick, rappel rope, EDP, camera arm, foam knee pad and upper cold weather layers packed up ready to hunt. My tether and lineman's belt are in the pouch on my right and the rest of my stuff goes in the pockets on the front. That and my bow is all I carry.

Small Walmart pack with fanatic lite bibs, jacket and saddle inside. Cruzer platform and 3 tethrd one sticks with amsteel aiders.

Get Backwoods Mobile Gear to modify your pack to carry your sticks. Or use Stick Talons for attachment. Been through both of those mods on my Sitka packs and they work great.
