Sight topped out and still missing high

That’s crazy. I would say if nothing else changed but the rest you are either out of tune now or you were before. Either way the sight must have barely worked before. Good luck. Me personally if the bow is tuned well now I would change the sight before messing with the bow. I only use one pin for hunting anyway.
I would guess that I was out of tune before. That was the first time I had paper tuning. In the past I just got the bow from the shop when I bought it and made sure I could zero it in. If this bracket goes on easily then I should be right back in business but this time knowing that I have it tuned and zeroed.

Good deal. Glad they’re working with you on the issue. Shoot a bare shaft from 7 yards—that’s the optimal distance that an arrow will flex and show inconsistencies. If you can get a bare shaft bullet hole from 7 yards, you’re in business.

you can cut a piece of cardboard or wood out, and tape a paper to the front of it, or use a roll of cooking paper, shoot that and it will tell you if your arrow is shooting straight for paper tuning.

last week i had a box shoved inbetween 2 rungs of a ladder, with a shovel holding the ladder away from the target for paper tuning. looked ugly af but it did the job for adjusting my nock and rest
