Similar to predator pack?

I’m wanting to figure out a way to carry my mission platform in a similar manner to the way the predator pack is. Obviously the predator pack is too small for the mission. Anyone’s have any ideas?

I hook mine up to the outside of my pack with the buckles attached to the pack. Works well for me. Sometimes I carry the Novix sticks also attached to the mission like pictured with an extra buckle strap to hold it all tighter, but many times I’ll just carry the sticks in by hand instead.

That’s pretty much what I’m doing now except with an exo 3200. I like it but wanting to find something minimalist for shorter sits. Might just go smaller backpack I guess

I actually messaged Trophyline yesterday about a pack similar to the Predator pack. Obviously it'd have to be beefed up a bit but it'd be more comfortable to carry. I'll update if I get a response.

Yea we’ll see. Might just throw some backpack straps on them now and do it that way for a while

Put Alice pack straps on your platform that's how I pack my predator with my we steps bungeed to it weighs about 5lb or I strap my gaffs either way it's great when your at height just sling it off and strap it on

I think that’s what I’ll end up doing

I really need to try just repurposing my turkey vest and throwing the Mission in the back pouch.

perfect way to carry platform...no need for expensive pack and more weight...for what purpose?...Totally agree and use the same method...nice job btw!

Thanks! Yeah I agree. That was a $50 pack and I love the thing. When I don’t have far to walk or know exactly where I’m going in to, a lot of times I don’t even bother attaching the sticks to the platform. I just carry them stacked in my other free hand. They’re light enough by themselves it’s almost nothing and kinda nice to balance the weight of the bow in my other hand.

Did yours come with 2 black straps? I’m trying to figure out what those are for, maybe as lashings for a pack?

They are shoulder straps. The only issue is that there is a big hump that will be right in the middle of your back unless you put some padding over it.

This is what I did after watching Greg Staggs video. I have just been carrying the essentials in my pockets. It doesn't get super cold here so I don't have to pack extra clothes in. Its just a cheap foam pad from Walmart and a military ocb strap I had laying around for extra strength to hold the beast sticks on the platform quietly.

How high above shoulders do they stick out and what is weight of that pack with sticks and platform?

It's not a pack. Just backpack straps on the mission platform. Mission weighs roughly 5 and a half pounds and however much 4 beast sticks weigh. I didn't weigh it for exact weights. It carries well though. The sticks come up about even with the top of my head
