Home made teriyaki sauce.. shoyu, local honey, sesame seed and oil, hawaiian chilies, garlic, ginger, and greed onion. Soak em for a day. Put straight frim fridge on to hot grill and sear outside of steaks to seal in moisture. Pull off hot fire and low smoke till internals hit 140. Pull off and rest for 10mins while you drink a beer and light up a doob. Should be ready to cut once doob and beer are pau!
