This recipe was given to me by another hunter but as I'm sitting here eating leftovers, figured I should share.
Smoked Wild Turkey Breast
Brine:
¼ cup salt
1 1/6 cup brown sugar
Orange/apple/pineapple juice
Brine for 48 hours
Remove from brine, rub with soften butter, then season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, Cayenne pepper and garlic powder
Smoke at 200-225 until internal temp of breast is 155 degrees.
Wrap in tinfoil and let rest for 2 hours.
