Ground beef rolled out, fill with cheese, roll up. BBQ rub followed up with the bacon weave. Smoke to 175....my wife is awesome!

This took about 3 hours. Really good using pork sausage also. Matter of fact smoke just a roll of breakfast sausage, life changing.

Looks awesome! We've cooked up a number of fatties. We like to add a bunch of veggies (onion, mushrooms, peppers) with the cheese in the middle. I've done a couple of breakfast fatties as well. Bacon wrapped Sausage with eggs and bacon in the middle. Not sure why I don't make them more often come to think of it....
