I thought I would give it another go this time I used 6mm TRC and made it more compact worked amazing one hand adjustable even weighted! I now have more real-estate on my bridge compared to the swabach hitch Prusik Loop I had.

If anyone ever tries this setup I can’t imagine you ever wanting anything else. I’ve tried numerous different adjustable bridges and the soft sticth is by far the best. It’s so small and compact, I have one saddle set up with a fixed bridge and the other with the hitch tied to a carabiner for an openable bridge. I think Brocky needs an award or something for introducing this hitch!!!!!! I also use this hitch on my tether, along with the better tether hitch for attachment to the tree!

If you know how to tie the soft sticth hitch, you just use your bridge loop as the carabiner and tie around it. I double wrap mine so it makes the hitch stay wherever I put it, so I can adjust where the pressure on my saddle is placed. I don’t have a video but might be able to get you one.

Lol, it’s all good my friend. Sometimes things just seem complicated at first glance! Give it a try and I feel you will be most pleased with it. God Bless

I would have tied a prussik-like with the 2 tails around the bridge loop instead of just 2 wraps, I would help to keep the balance tuned even when the bridge is unloaded
