Yeah, not understanding the issue here. I don't recall seeing anything about deleting SOLD items. It's done to remove any confusion about which products are for sale. I don't feel like sorting through multiple PM's about an already sold item. Saves everyone time. Guess that guy has nothing better to do this evening.
 
There's no rule against deleting sold items but it is helpful for future members if you leave them in the listing. It helps future members figure out the market value of items.

Another option is you can mark it off by listing "sold" at the end of the line item. In the end it's up to you, there's no requirement to do that, it's just helpful for people.

I was told by the owner of SH to let people know that was the policy. I guess it has changed.
