I have a $50 gift card for LWCG and was looking at the silent touch tape for my 1.0 stand.
For those that have used Stealth Strips and the Silent Touch which do you like better? One stick better than the other? Negatives of either?

I bought a single "roll" of slayer tape and never used it because it had a strong odor. I haven't heard anyone else say that, so it must dissipate over time.

Seemed like it'd be better at quieting contact noise than stealth strips, to me.

I prefer the LWCG slayer tape myself. I really like the texture. However, the cost is crazy and its not as durable.

Stealth strips cling to anything forever. However, them being like a suede cloth I think they will hold odors. If you want to ever remove them…..haha….I pity the fool!

Yes, I get hesitant to use stealth strips on many things lately because I don't want to have to remove it.

I'm glad I hesitated on the strip material. I noticed LWCG had their cable aiders in stock so I ordered 4 to go on my Beast sticks. Think that was a better use of the $50 gift card.

Run both. I like slayer tape but agree with the smell comments. I don’t think the adhesive is as good but it does better with water.

I run a bunch of stealth strips. Lou the owner is a top shelf guy. Great product and more affordable.

Haven’t tried the others (other than vet and hockey tape which have their place but aren’t on par with these products).
