I felt bad doing this to the Stepp, it just didn't feel right...lol
I’ve been thinking about this for a while. I struggle with the tightening and loosening of the stepp knot.
This setup needs more testing but it worked fine. Took my jumping on it for 30 seconds or so (260 lbs). They still stack well too.

I have 12. I only did this to one. I’ll keep using as my first step until I decide if I like it. Right now im liking it. Super easy

I've got a few that I'm thinking of putting on some sticks I'm building. I'm thinking I'll mount them on the side of the sticks so they stack nice and close together. I like how this is mounted to the side. You sure they'll stack when more than one of them has the cam cleat mounted?

They will stack almost as closely. What will happen if the cams are on the same side the stepps will slant to one side a little. Also i notice the bag is not wide enough anymore. When i make my stick i am putting the cams on the side too.

Great simple idea to put them on the side of the stick.
Also an interesting idea for a we step

I want to try that
