I’m brand new to saddle hunting and this weekend was my first time climbing. I jumped straight into the one stick method which I love. The problem I’m having is I’m rappelling down and every time I go to drop my dynaglide pull cord it seems to get tangled and knotted up on itself. Is there a secret to wrapping it or does anyone have a device to wrap it on so it’s easily deployed? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you tried coiling in a figure 8 between your thumb and pinky finger?

If you coil it so that it can't tangle, as above, you might just need a weight on the other end. A small carabiner is handy, then you can use it as a pull-up rope too.

I have used mine to lower my bow before descending.

That's what I do so the problem never came up. I also do the figure eight wrap around my thumb and palm. It takes an extra minute but I'm in no hurry.
