Swivel chair for ground hunting

Have any of you used this chair for ground hunting?
My wife bought one to use for canoe camping when we need to go light weight because of portaging.
I am beginning the journey into adding ground hunting to my tactics. Appropriate trees are often difficult to find, or are not legal for bolts or screw-in steps. The ground cover is often better concealment where I hunt than elevated hunting. With the Japanese Stiltgrass, and Mile-a-Minute taking over our woods, in addition to all the downed ash trees, there are ground set-ups everywhere. I just need a seat. This stool has a lot of attributes IMO and the 360 degree swivel seems perfect for getting into proper shooting form. I do intend to wear my saddle for a ground set-up but there aren't always a tree to tether to. So I'm "borrowing" my wife's Compass 360 stool. It only weighs a smidge over 1 pound. I also made a new ghillie top and head cover which is extremely light weight and packable. The chair and ghillie weigh only ~2.5 pounds!

My blind chair had a similar shaped triangle seat. It wasn't very comfortable after awhile. The red areas would put alot of pressure on the bottom of my thighs/cheeks and the yellow area would kind of put some unwanted pressure in another area if you catch my drift.

Keep in mind im a bigger guy though at 280ish. So may be better for someone that isn't as heavy or built as wide.

I since replaced it with one that has a rectangular seat, and packs down super small. I haven't hunted in it yet, as i got it at the end of last season, but sitting in it around the house has not caused any issues of the aforementioned triangular shaped seat. Its heavier than yours though.

I had one of those swivel 360 chairs and it worked great until it didn’t. The swivel part broke after a few seasons and I ended up on my rear end in the blind. It was really quiet and I considered getting another one but never did.

I've sat in ours for short periods and comfort seemed to be pretty good but I assume I will have to readjust/stand/kneel occasionally. I'm 160# so my milage may vary compared to your's.

maybe look at the Low Down Hunting Seat....I just saw this come across FB. https://www.fanaticoutdoors.com/
Thanks for the link but the Low Down not what I'm looking for. Several of the exact spots that I intend to hunt do not have a tree to strap a seat to. One of my parcels have places where the previous owner intended to build a home and he needed to do soil profiles for a septic system. The dug several "pits" with a backhoe and some are perfect for a ground set. They've become grown in with cover and are just the ticket except I need a seat.

The Low Down seat is billed as 360 degree...I call BS on that. How can you swivel and shoot directly behind when there is a tree that the seat is attached to?

I got one of these as a gift from my family. My plan was to crossbow hunt with it this year. Surgery put a stop to that though. Hopefully I can try it during gun season.

It doesn't swivel, but you can't beat the PacSeat!
It doesn’t swivel but you are able to adjust your position pretty easily. That is not possible in most of the stretched fabric style seats. The key aspect of the pacseat is the ability to lean on a tree. It’s the best way to hide your profile.

The packseat isn’t perfect but it is the best bow hunting seat there is.

I've gun hunted out of a chair like this and added these pre-cut tennis balls to the feet.

They don't sink into the ground now and quiet things down as well.

They even still pack into the bag it came with while still on the feet!

Don't know how I messed up the link... Fixed now.
