Tactacam Reveal

For those who have now had their cams out for a while, how are these working for you? Considering buying 2 in the coming days.

Who has them in stock? I preordered a long time ago and still haven't got mine. Tried to order from Cabelas and another place that's not coming to me right now and they were also out.
 
Is it normal for only some pics to send to your phone.? This is my first cell cam so i dont really know how they work.
 
Just curious if anyone knows if or when they might be back in stock. Have a new private place to hunt and this would help big time there I think.

It will only send the second picture taken in a series to conserve cell use, but all pictures are kept on the SD card in full resolution.

Ok thats exactly whats happening. I dont need the unlimited plan i guess. Prolly gonna take it down anyway. Public land scouting is starting to heat up and with these things getting harder to come by...someone might find a good discount back in my spot
 
I feel like Even when i had it without the burst mode it was doing the same thing. It would send one out of a few if they were within 5 min or so of each other.

I have only seen the burst mode reduction while testing mine, but I did get all of the pics when only taking singles.

I want to add whet others have said about their great customer service. I sent an email to them for a simple question about the camera status (battery, signal, temp) not updating in the app when I first got it and had it running. They responded within a minute with a detailed explanation about how it takes up to 24 hrs to send that information back and also how it works when changing batteries and SD card in the field. They are emphasizing customer service, so we win as customers.

Knowing there’s a connection on here means many of us won’t buy anything else!
 
Anymore feedback on these cams now that many seasons are winding down? Ive got some gift cards burning a whole in my pocket.
 
I got one but I think I'm gonna keep with the spypoint micros
for future purchases.....
