Tactacam Stabalizer Question

Hey everyone, I have the tactacam bow stabilizer camera and I love it, but after a season and a half it’s broke, when I turn it on it just vibrates steady until the battery dies and even while it’s just wigging out it doesn’t even record.

Anyone know if there is anyway to fix it? Is it common for their cameras to crap the bed so soon?

I really like the product but not if it is gonna go haywire every 18 months.
 
I got one of the earlier models(3.0) I think.Ive used it for years with my bow and mounted on turkey gun without any issues.To be honest I thought the first time I put a 3.5 inch 12 gauge down the pipe it would be toast. Maybe I got lucky with mine but it’s been solid. I would reach out to tatacam..Good luck
