Team 1 Thread

Ahhhh. I hunt sika in the hill country. At least lends way for more opportunities.

Ill be heading out in the morning with my nephew. He gets first shot. Most likely will only shoot a doe there as it isnt my big buck hunting property. But it does have an over abundance of doe

Let's see where everyone is hunting and what are you hunting out of. I'm in WNY and will be hunting Oct 1st out of a CRuzr xs saddle. I have on camera a very nice 10 pt and 3-4 large 8 pts. that I have a good pattern on.

That is awesome. How old is he? Watching and coaching someone is so gratifying and makes you shooting secondary. One of the greatest moments for me is watching my son get his 1st turley and deer. Beats any animal i have taken.

He is 14. He has hunted for the last couple rifle seasons and this will be his first year with a bow. I will be recording all my hunts and his hunts that are with me. And anyones who i am hunting with. Ill also be creating a youtube channel and be posting them on the channel. Ill make sure to post a link for the videos here as well

I’m Landon, and from Alabama. My season goes from 10/1- 2/10. I’ll be hunting out of a phantom using kiwi carbon spurs. I have around 200k acres of public land and 400acres of private within 30min from the house to hunt.

I’m in central Kentucky and will be using this setup along with a phantom or ESS.

I hunt and climb different ways, I hunt private land, I have some of my honey holes prepped with gorilla climbing sticks, If I am running and gunning the bedding areas during rut, I will be using WEI steps k/s with a perch, and I just got a 1 stick I may try this year. I like to switch things up, half the fun is trying new gadgets:tonguewink:

Wow zone D, lol. I’m in Baldwin County, season doesn’t start for me until 10/15, I’m not driving all the way up there to sweat one out. I’ve got some private in Pike County near Troy otherwise it’s gonna be Perdido River WMA, with a possible rut trip to Oakmulgee and/or Sipsey. Looking forward to the season and putting some points on the board for TEAM 1!

oh yeah and Im hunting out of an Aerohunter Kite.

Sorry, rules say Sika deer, I want to clarify sika or sitka deer are allowed?
