Ok well that confirms that either something happened in shipping and I didn't dona good job with my level, or I'm just doing something wrong. But good info all the same.
Hope the foot heals up quick! I'm packing for PA, highly unlikely I'll hunt up there but if a buck walks past the house (they occasionally do wanter pretty close, and I've seen more sign at the back of the property but that would require an actual hunt) I may go after it. Their property is on a sharp Riverbend, most of it is flood zone, Japanese knotweed and cottonwood trees, with a thin band of mixed hardwoods, a 2 acre clearing that the house is in, and small pine forest towards the back/road side. I've seen most deer sign (not surprisingly) near the oaks pretty close to the house, so assume it's a lot of nocturnal feeding activity. Every time I go I regret not bringing a game camera, but mine are still in the woods taking pictures of racoons and turkeysI’m with you. My foot has been super ticked at me since Monday. Couldn’t make it to the woods this morning or get down the steps real easy. These deer are cruising too
Well this is my first year scoring contest points and... Not my first year on a team so... Balance restored lolI feel like whoever gets me on their team next year should get a 20pt handicap. This farm is kicking my butt. Rancher had to move his flock due to parasites and the deer movement has been unpredictable. I’m like the kid that doesn’t contribute to the group assignment but still gets the credit.
Don't be so hard on yourself, season isn't over yet!I feel like whoever gets me on their team next year should get a 20pt handicap. This farm is kicking my butt. It's all good. Just get out there and have fun..don't over think it..I feel like whoever gets me on their team next year should get a 20pt handicap. This farm is kicking my butt. That stinks! Public hasn't seemed to be all that busy here, so hopefully you can have some space out there. I honestly think it seemed busier during archery.Well, someone came down to the farm I hunt.. shot a couple does and another buck over the weekend. Only saw the 3 this morning. If I'm gonna hunt probably headed for public for a while until things settle down around there any way. Didn't see anything with the kids tonight..
Hm good call, I feel like there's only a single cross hair but could definitely be the kind of dumb error i'd make lol let me go look... Nope single cross hair.Hey @thedutchtouch , I had a thought on that scope issue. My vortex for Xbow , the crosshairs in center should be zero at 40yds. There is a 30 and 20yd hash above centerline. Not sure bif your reticle is the same, just thought I'd mention it.
Happy Thanksgiving!
