Nothing wrong with that buck here in NH and with a bow! Not like we're in Ohio or Illinois or something. Now that I got my rifle buck hoping to be back out this weekend with the bow again. Although I'm hoping for a chance at a couple of the 8 pntrs I've had pics of, I probably wont hesitate on one of the forks we've seen, although I generally leave them alone for my 2 sons. I did tell them "No spikes until after Thanksgiving" because we've had a good number of better bucks this year on cam so I may have to continue to be patient.

This year has been tough for me. I moved so I’m not near any ground that I’ve scouted. Looking forward to scouting brand new spots this spring and then I still have the gems I worked for near my old house.

Well the fat lady has sung on my 24 season. I've seen more deer this season than the last 3 combined and I have nothing to show for it. I had a series of things that just didn't break my way. Sorry about not adding any points this year, I guess we won't win the trucks. It's no big deal......... I heard they were ford's :eek::D

I had thoughts of getting out for last weekend of bow but couldnt motivate myself to brave the mid teen temps with one in the freezer already.

just as a tease and hopes for next year, this young 8 pntr walked by the cam up by where I took my rifle buck. If i'd been sitting there with my bow, I'd would have had to throw an arrow!

My last hunt was last Sunday. I had does in range but no shot bc I was in thick stuff. Had surgery Thursday on my hip so I had to hang up the bow for the season but i normally hunt hard right thru Christmas and NYE.

Great job this year fellas y’all are some straight killers
