Just had my last sit of season and a clean low miss at 25… think I shot at the only non-skittish late season deer here in NJ.

With only a 2” difference between my 20/25 yard point of impact and me expecting deer to drop I put on her belly line.. at least my arrow went where I was aiming lol..
 
My buck is almost ready. I bit the bullet and got him mounted. He’s got a dry for a couple of weeks then I can pick him up.

Got him. I found a space in my daughter’s old bedroom (hence the purple wall LOL). Working on a spot near my other mounts. I don’t have dozens that’s for sure. The buck’s right ear twisted back is exactly what he did just before I shot him.
