Where are y'all and when do you get to get out hunting?

I'm in West Michigan. We have an early doe season this weekend which I'm probably going to miss. Bummed but it's supposed to be hot anyway. Regular season opens 10-1, I'll be really ready for that !

I live just south of Lynchburg Virginia. I’ll be hunting Virginia and North Carolina. Did the NC opener.. it was slow but I’ll go back when it gets good. Got a couple weeks until VA opens.

Upstate NY here. I’m close to the line between northern and southern zones, so I hunt both. Northern opens 9/28, southern a few days later… we’re close!!!

Western NY, looking like I’ll be off of work for most of October and a good bit of November.

Pa and New Jersey. Season opened up last weekend, I have been out twice so far spotlighted a nice buck on a piece of private I’m allowed to hunt. I need more time trying to wrap up a few things with work and I will be out 3 to 4 times a week!! Looking forward to hearing everyone’s success stories!!

Indiana. I hunt a small (15 acres) piece of private land mostly. I haven't really gotten any nice bucks on camera this summer, but the spot I hunt is a good travel corridor during the rut. Bow season opens October 1st here. I'm counting down the days.

Massachusetts home opener is oct7 this year. 2 of my out of states opened up this past Sunday but don’t know how much time I’ll have to hit the deer woods before Halloween

Middle of MissourI here. Archery opened on the 15th, but it's been hot and I'm waiting on orthopedics to clear my bow hand. Shooting isn't the problem but everything else is with this brace.
