I really enjoy it. It is beginning to be not as scared thankfully and will hang out on that tree trunk while I put out some feed for him and just waits until I get back in my unit before he comes down to eat. All I have to do is pull up and whistle and I will see his eyes shine through the limbs and here he comes.

I just reread your post. Don't you mean downwind? You see any deer yet? Maybe look in the other direction.
