The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. It took me 3 years but, I finally convinced my dad to switch to a saddle at the very end of this year. All he talks about now is how much fun saddle hunting is.
I'm really looking forward to next year. With my oldest son graduating high school this year, which means no more athletics/hunting conflicts, and him and my dad both now saddle hunting, I'm hoping we get to spend several weekends at our camp together.
So dad and I hunted tonight in the same spot we hunted last night and did this.

Tmrw is the last day of the season. @George Clark and i are headed to public about 1.5 to 2 miles back. Trying to cut some deer off between feeding and bedding....that's the plan!
2 weekends left here.

I gave it a last effort today. Came up empty but had a great adventure canoeing and hunting in the snow.
My season ended today. Hopefully no 17 pnts are checked in at the 11th hour this year.
I'm at work now, but hopefully can take off at noon and go shoot a doe. Going to try some new public I scouted about a month and half ago.
Wellll, you snooze you lose. I let one to many does walk by in the last two months and I ended up with zero. Not my style to take the easy way out, so I'm ok with it. Sorry guys, still hope we win. Wait till next year lol
Didnt get off til 1:30, so dont have time to head to the public. Instead I'm gonna go get started on the firewood I was gonna do in the morning and then I'll go to some of my private this evening.

Picked up my buck from the taxidermist today. Unfortunately today is the last day in ohio so I wont be getting a doe to add to the tally. I was hoping to get the opportunity but life got in the way. Congrats on a great season team 8.
