Went out last night but saw nothing. This morning it's 29 degrees! I wanted to go out but I'm not ready for that temperature. I've got to find my stuff, we've moved and still unpacking.
18 inches of snow on the ground with 5-8 more inches predicted tonight. Temps started at 13 this morning and crested at 24 this afternoon. Its getting to be tough hunting. Its still snowing.
It's all relative to what you're used too. I grew up here in northern Michigan so I'm used to it. It doesn't feel like hunting season to me until we hit that 30 mark. Add to that i've been living out of a camper since the 31st of Oct and I'm getting pretty acclimated.Wow! I feel like a ***** now! Lol

Had to pull out of camp this morning. The snow there is mid thigh deep. It took two pickups chained together and about 8 or 9 attempts with a lot of shovelling over two hours for us to get the camper turned around so I could pull it out. I have never seen this much snow so early. It snowed non-stop since Sunday.Suck it up Boyne bow hunter!!
I’m thinking the first deer is probably mid to upper 120’s. The second is very similar to my 10 from last year. He scored 138. In no expert, but just my own harvest experienceWhat do you guys think these two bucks would score? I passed on the one with the short g4s the other morning. You guys think either of them would hit 140? The buck I'm really after I'm not worried what he is going to score but I'm starting to worry about tag soup
