Team 9 2019 Discussion Thread

Sorry guys been a big day. I found him about 50 yards from where I shot him wouldn't have needed to wait but I wanted to play it safe. Snuck into a bedding area this morning and it worked great. Was only about 7 ft off the ground. Never would have been able to get in there and set up without a saddle. Had this buck come in straight at me. I was able to get drawn and shot him right under me. Rack wasn't more than a couple yards from my toes!

How did I miss this??? Congrats on a real nice buck @Arrowsquirrel !
 
Another 13 pts for Team 9. This is the same buck I missed with the bow earlier this season. Truth be told I would rather have had him walk by my daughter this morning but at this point I'll take him.

Anybody on our team still hitting the woods or have a hunt coming up? What's everybody doing?
 
I still have two months left to hunt. Tomorrow I'm sleeping in. I watch my grandchildren Monday, Tuesday every week and I work second shift so I only get about four hours sleep Monday night. I may be watching them Thursday but not sure. I probably won't get out til Saturday in that case.
You guy's are doing an awesome!!!!!
