Team 9 2019 Discussion Thread

I had planned on spending the last 5 days of gun season in a tree but kids gave me their flu >.< what a wasted 5 days off. Happy news years everyone! Be safe out there.

I still have a month to get something.
Tried sneaking up on a doe the other day. The wind changed and made her aware of me then she caught me move and she was gone.
Then I was playing with my saddle setup and one caught me moving, blew a few times and was gone, never saw it. Lol

Well guys, my season is officially done. Sorry I couldn't connect on that second tag but it definitely wasn't for lack of trying. I did end up passing a doe last Friday but she had two little yearlings with her and I just couldn't bring myself to loose an arrow at her. One of the unexpected things I have found I love about this contest is that it motivates me to get out and hunt even when the conditions get difficult.

I had a very enjoyable season this year despite some really rough weather conditions in November. It was sincerely a pleasure sharing the season with you guys. For those of you with time left in the season Good Luck and go get 'em! Go Team 9!
