Best tip I could give ya would be to find someone else to help ya, lol
I bought that bow a few years ago and started shooting it. Enjoyed it then here come all the tips and hold this and tension that and do this and do that and all of a sudden it wasn’t no fun no more. This spring I wiped my brain clear of all that nonsense and started over just shooting. I wanted it to be fun, not some damn chore.
I can shoot it reasonably well most of the time from 15 yards and in, but don’t be fooled, come Oct 11 I’ll be bring the rifle right on back out. I may well carry it a time or two during rifle season, but time will tell on that.
ETA: mine is a 68” bow and I can shoot it out of the saddle, but damn if it cumbersome as all get out
