Tethrd pack

He is also very short. Me being 6-4 a waist strap would be more like a training bra.
Knowing them, they could probaby find a way to market that feature as "game changing"

Looks like a backpack pack, designed to strap stuff too like a walking yardsale .... nothing special, way overpriced.....

No low ballers, I know what I got. It’s a Gen 3 with dual SR’s, WB, and SSP’s. That’s right AIA (all issues addressed) we have a dual stick retention system, added zero weight bearing waist belt (but you want it so it’s there), and to reduce profile we have the slim side pockets. The Predator pack is separate but it’s so sweet with the modular system you’ll have to have it. I’m thinking $398.99 so it’s feature packed but less than Gen 1 or 2 sales price.

As I sit here thinking about how many pounds I gained from yesterdays feasting. I am going through all of the Black Friday Marketing gimmicks I came across a few of Tethrd posts.
Hmmmmm? $400 with shipping and taxes I am hearing lol
I own the wolf pack and questioned the price when it came out (Even though it was a gift to me) last year but, after owning it that pack is well worth the money just because it is so adaptable to so many styles of hunting. It is small but will definitely work for most.
I was looking at this new tethrd pack and can not help but seeing the almost exact design of another popular pack on the market.
I think it was an elberstok its 1/2 the price and really nice looking pack.
I myself love my $69 XOP striker pack which fits my platform, kneepads, and everything else I need for a tops 4 hour sit.
My pack is ready to go all the time, I leave work drive to where I'm hunting throw my pack on my back and grab my bow.
I then scout my way into the area I want to hunt until I find fresh sign I want to hunt.
Its super simple and super minimalist.
A $400 pack for me would be if i was to go out west to hike 10-20 miles a day hunting down a elk or mule deer .
For how and where i hunt i could never justify paying that much for a pack. issue.
I really think alot of hunters feel the need to keep up with the latest greatest before others get it
My parents would call it " Keep up with the Jone's".
Sorry man these companies are doing noone any favors or helping anyone with these prices.
keep it simple and live under your means and you will be alot more happy

And just like that we’re back on track.

Would love to see more pics of how that’s setup

I didn’t order one, just don’t need it with Kifaru and a pop up 28. I have no doubt they will sell all they have though.

In one of the videos they talk about the decision to leave the waist belt off…. They also show how to add a minimalist waist belt to the pack that’s what you would like. Will the minimalist waist belt they show in the video shoulder the load of any weight….I guess we will see.

The minimalist waist belt they mention is a 1” webbing strap. It does not support any pack weight.

Still puzzling there is not at least an option. I mean they have attachment points everywhere else AND they are missing out on upselling the the Telt patent pending (Tethrd belt).

I call these packs highriders. The eberlestock bandit rode like this after a decent walk loaded with WE stepps I could feel it on my shoulders. They are fine up to a certain weight and distance.

What's the timeline over/under on the Gen3 pack and first recall?
Yeah....nope. I couldn't believe it, at the 7:31 mark in the video.....

“Nobody ever says what the problems are with their gear. Every gear manufacturer says ‘Oh, it’s the greatest thing since sliced bread; it’s perfect – it’s everything you could wish and dream for’ – when that’s never the case.“

Like Tethr’d has said what the problems are with their gear in the past….NOT.

Eblerstock Bandit with Predator pack molled into the kangaroo pouch & pack Talons on the corners for sticks. Honestly nothing special most packs on the market with Molle webbing can be outfitted similar.

I’m not knocking the FAS pack it looks like a great minimal pack & likely more durable than the Bandit. I have personal always felt the Bandit was a tweener pack for me. Over necessary for minimal but way under for a heavy lifter.

Looks like they at least heard feedback and are including the compression with all packs.

Secondly, a lot of you guys brought up an issue that we should have caught in the first place. The FAS Pack should have included our Compression Kit straps all along. We got that wrong and we apologize. You guys were 100% right and we're fixing it.

The FAS Pack will now come with the Compression Kit right out of the gate.

Now to those of you who purchased the FAS Pack and the Compression Kit already, don't worry. We're not going to leave you hanging. You have 2 options: 1) Get a full refund for the cost of the Compression Kit ~ but we will send it anyway with your FAS Pack, or 2) We will offer you a Pouch Bundle ~ 2 of our brand new medium MOLLE pouches and 1 of our kill-kit sized PULLEY pouches. All those pouches together are almost $60 in value, PLUS they work EXTREMELY well with the FAS Pack or on top of your Predator Pack as expansion pockets.

Our customer service team will be reaching out to everyone who ordered the Compression Kit with the FAS Pack to get your choice. If we haven't heard from you by Wed, Nov 30th, we'll issue you a refund for the straps.

Where can I find these talons you speak of?

$350! I paid $65 for my bandit. I can add a predator pack if I want and many other than pouches and be well under 350. Say what you want about Aaron Synder but Kifaru has been building proven packs in the USA for a long time. Tethrd lost their damn mind.
