Well this was a pleasant surprise...ordered the predator about 65 hours ago, and it has already shipped! Was expecting to wait 3-4 weeks like their website says...
If you are considering ordering, don’t hold back—pull the trigger!

Just got my notification for predator has shipped. ordered 12 -14-19 shipped 12-27-19 delivery on Thursday 1-2-20
 
Hopefully mine isn’t far behind y’alls! I placed my order on 12/13/19, but did not receive a confirmation email until 12/19/19.

our season closes on 1-6-20.

Got my predator on 1/3. Took it out for the first time yesterday and could not be happier. Was using a LWHC ratcheted to the tree before, and to me there is just no comparison—the predator is lighter, easier to set, more compact, much more solid under side pressure, etc. I used the cam buckle strap that Tethrd sent, and did not see the issues that others were having. It kept the top standoff tight to the tree and I did not have to hammer the buckle to get the strap loose. I consider myself as one who likes to “man spread” but I was very comfortable with the size of the platform yesterday. In some cases I might bring a strap on step to put beside the platform if I ever feel like I need to. I don’t see myself ever changing platforms...but you know how that goes...always gears turning.lol

I ordered mine 12/29/19 and will be getting it today sometime. I also ordered my saddle on the same day but a separate order. It still hasnt shipped but i believe it should soon. I plan on doing an unboxing for each and then a usage video once i get a day to. Itll be my first time saddle hunting this coming year. Ill be using the srt method for getting into my tree i think (also first time, though ill be practicing in the off season). I plan on doing videos of it all, including scouting videos and hunting videos
