The New, New Gear. 2025 Edition

Interesting idea, the field of view is tiny so you’ll be doing a ton of sweeping/panning around. And if it’s my phone I’ll need to run an extension cord from the house for a charger since my battery lasts all of an hour .

Personally I use bright pink crepe paper stuck to a branch/brush to mark blood spots so I can look back and see the trajectory. I don’t think this will be replacing that anytime soon.

I usually whip out my trusty toilet paper roll and pull a piece off to mark location of last blood.

This combined with the "line trace tool" on my Huntstand app give me all the info I need while tracking. The little pieces of toilet paper give me the fine local detail of the track while the line trace tool on the app show the big picture of where he went through and where he may be heading.

I think it help out the color blind people like my family the always call me to track because the can’t see red vary well

What’s it do exactly?
I not so curious about its breadcrumb tracking as in how well it actually shows the blood. Appears that walking along with phone probably about belly height that it would show blood in high contrast (something like luminal but in red or another chosen color while all else is dark shades of blue. If it works nearly as well as they suggest, it'd save me a lot of time off my hands and knees.

Latitudes new butter bridge. Looks a lot like the @Brocky ones he was selling.
