Sure. Looks like a lone wolf stand. Maybe there’s some weight savings or other upside? I like the way the Nested Z8 seat folds away far better than the frame lock. I guess we’ll know more about these soon. I hope LWCG put some time into actual innovative stuff for this year as well.

Could be priced better but agreed they’ll sell a bunch. Half the people that buy them will just for nostalgia

The stands are priced about where they should be. The Novix echo is $80 more than this alpha III. Stick a fork in Novix if they don’t drop their prices.
Honestly, I thought the pricing is terrific. I don’t think anybody would’ve been surprised if they saw $400 on these.
Way better than I hoped for prices. May have to attend a mobile hunter roadshow to get the discount and pick a few of these up.

I feel tricked. I thought they were going to redo the original sand cast stand profile with modern upgrade and construction. Someone posted a picture of a teaser profile a few months ago that made me think that was the plan.
