With a waist belt supporting the weight you might be able to tell a difference blind folded..

What's the differences in the V bracket portion....like the width and depth of them? Does the wider V still catch good on a smaller tree(like 5" or so at the top)?

Only had it on a few trees so far but I wasn’t paying enough attention, it worked just as well as the .5 as far as I noticed

Worst just as good on small trees. More stable on larger trees.

I hated the fit of the fanatic suit and also hated EVII and loved the spectre camo so that was an easy switch to FL, but that cover pattern looks really nice

Same here. Most of my tops are Sitka. Most of my pants are Kuiu. Sitka has been pretty consistent over the years with sizing. Im done with Kuiu outside of the attack pants because they change their sizing every 2 weeks. You could buy 2 tops in the same color, same size and theyll be 2 sizes apart. They exchange free, but to return you have to pay. The quality is there, but its just absurd how inconsistent their sizing is.

I bought Kuiu attack pants in gunmetal gray. Loved them…

Then I went ahead and ordered them in every color they had. They all fit different. I wasn’t a happy camper…lol

I think the new FL line smokes most of Sitkas stuff. The thermic is absolutely amazing when paired with the Incinerator bibs 2.0.

Eh… I don’t like the cut on the first lite bibs. But I don’t like the cut on the Sitka ones either. But I find the first lite bibs kinda restrictive climbing with it feels. The first lite patterns I much prefer
 
I like the first lite stuff but most of it glowed like crazy under UV. I do think the Sitka stuff is a little more thought out. I may be a little bias with the veteran discount though
 
Looks like the Arsenal Solo Stick won’t ship until July sometime. We’ll see….
