Thoughts on pack set up

switching to One-Sticking this season from carrying 4 Skeletors. Trying to reconfigure my pack but I can’t land on one. Option 1 puts the 12” Hawk stick inline with the platform whereas option 2 offsets it. Not sure how much it matters since the weight is negligible but I’m interested to get some opinions on which seems better or if there are other ideas. Running a Cruzr Drifter saddle with the Tethrd Ultralock pouches so anything I need to get into the tree is on me already.

Side mounted looks like better weight distribution. As long as noise, unpacking, and mobility are not an issue, I'd go with what feels better with the pack on.

Yeah I think you’re right. On the side feels better and I prefer it being more compact
