Tingley boots with Yoder chaps question

Is there a Listed total weight of the lightest weight version of the tingleys/chaps combo? Or can someone verify?

I have the heaviest version and they are still lighter than my lacrossesby themselves. I’ll weigh them tonight

I ordered a pair of these boots. It seems everyone raves about them with exception to the boots tread. I saw other boot options Paired with yoder’s on Conkeys. I asked the rep when speaking with them on the phone, mentioned they were ‘pretty true to size’ im a smaller dude. I wear 8D’s in ariat workhogs, he mentioned with insulation layers i should move a size up. Ill see how true to this it is in my opinion upon receiving them. If they fit correct hope the aid for scouting and hunting seasons to come.

I have the heaviest version and with my cheap scale I got 1.6lbs per boot with chap

I notice on their website they aren’t real confident in the “snake proof” label. Is it even worth it to get the heavier chaps? Price wise not really weight wise I guess.

Pretty much all “snake proof” things state the same thing to cover their own butt from a lawsuit. Boots, chaps, and gaiters.

Got my boots in today! Fits like a glove! Ordered the snake chaps and I got them custom sized for my short chicken legs. No rubbing or anything while I walk. Thanks @Nutterbuster for making the video and selling me on ordering a pair.

I’m sure they are pretty warm. I might test them out tomorrow. It’s 90* + with 100% humidity here in AR

They're obviously not very breathable, but your kinda pumping fresh air into them as you walk. I wear mine in the heat all the time. They're no worse than any other, and probably better than the rubber hippers

I agree. They weren’t that bad.
