Trad bow deals

And I'm waiting on someone to find me a lefty 17" Hoyt Satori. Think I'd sell my wheelbow and go all in trad for one of those

You should check out the Samick Discovery. Its basically a Satori but at 1/3 the price. I had it for a few months until someone gave me an offer I couldnt refuse for it. Its an amazing riser to shoot. But to be fair I never had the Satori.

I have not. My desire for a satori is solely based on @JCLINE84's recommendation
I love the looks of the Satori, but it felt a lot worse to shoot than other 17 or 19 inch ilf risers because of where the mass weight is. It's one of those bows that needs a stabilizer with a good amount of weight, or a really chunky barebow weight, to not tilt back a bunch in my hand. Obviously if you grip you your bow you won't have this issue. Just tempering your expectations.

I just like the looks of the satori more than any other ilf riser. And it shoots really well for me. But I don’t pay any attention to the tilt back after the shot. More concerned with how well it points. I like my wf19 a lot but it’s arguably the ugliest ilf riser. The only reason I hang onto it is because it handles longbow limbs really well.

One of my favorite bows I’ve ever owned was a dorado riser. I could pop the ilf buttons out of a good set of limbs and bolt them right to it. Should have kept it. You can do the same with the gamegetter risers. Really solid bows but you lose the ability to tune the tillers.

Yeah, the deflex in the Satori makes it really pointable. You should check out the JC Optimus 2.0, I think you'd like it and he usually has some in stock in different configurations, sometimes on a good discount. And the WF-19 is definitely ugly, but it's ugly with a function so to me it's kinda attractive in a weird way. Anyways, didn't mean to drag the thread off course. But check out the JC Optimus 2.0 for a US made riser.

The gamegetters were great risers.

Is there a website for this riser?
