Trail cleaning monstah

I am wanting to get one too! How much and where did you get it? Is that the one that runs on two battery packs or 1? All my other tools are makita so I gotta get it in makita to match.

I got it at homedepot for $215. I have a friend that has the larger 36v 18in saw which uses 2 18v batteries and this one which is 12in and uses one 18v battery. He said the 18v one cuts better for some reason and he has longer battery life plus it’s way lighter! I got a few 18v 6ah batteries to run so should get good battery life.
 
Still needs bar and chain oil, right? My electric saw does.

I use a Milwaukee 18v Sawsall with a 9" pruning blade. It works great and I already have one. Also it does a lot of other work for me so it's multi-functional.

The battery powered saws are awesome. I have a 58 volt echo chain saw with a 16 in bar. Works great. My stihl gas saw is collecting dust but i love having it when needed. The battery sawzall works well with a longer green wood blade when a chainsaw is not possible.
