Treehopper Recon sling

Here is the video I made. it's partially about the belt mod that I made so some of it won't exactly apply to you, but there will be tid bits that will help you.
BTW, I got my new belt from Mark today. It's much better than the original Anderson style belt, no doubt about that. But I still like my concept of a stretchy belt better. But like all things saddle...to each his own. Everyone likes this stuff in their own way.

Once you go to hang form the bridge, must you loosen the belt? And then when you go to climb down do you have to remember to cinch the belt back down?

I do. Just like the old trophyline belt/bridge.

Yeah, not a deal breaker for me but something I’d have to deal with since I tend to forget to tighten my belt when coming down ...

It's really not a problem. If you started to decent with it a littlenloose, you can still tighten it while leaning in your linemans easily.

Is their another saddle-sling company giving their customers updated bridges, belts to try free? For that fact alone Treehopper deserves a hard look when you are looking for a saddle. Plus you will receive a well made piece of gear that doesn't cost a arm and a leg.

I got one of these and tried it out for the first time yesterday, I tightened the belt and it stayed in place perfectly while walking and climbing. Light simple and easy to use

Seems pretty good, I haven't sat much in it yet I just prepped some trees yesterday and was impressed by how well it stayed in place. You can adjust the top and bottom sections of it for your liking, i know leaning in it feels good.
