Tripod stool?

Looking for a folding tripod stool to use with my ghost blind this year. I was looking at the ameristep swivel for $20, but it got some bad reviews..

anyone have one they love? just looking for a good, solid, cheap folding tripod stool....

Thanks!

Which ghost blind do you have? The taller or shorter one? I use the shorter ridge runner version and use my turkey chair. Works like a charm.

Sorry I never answered this. I have the predator, 4 panel taller one. I"m 6'4" and as much as I ABSOLUTELY love the concept of the runner blind, I'd have to dig a pit blind to use it and conceal myself much. And I see bow hunting to be tough.

I ended up with a nif-t-seat to use with it and it is perfect!!!!!

So basically like a wind walker seat on a post.
How do you like the ghost blind?

Exactly, but there are two different pole sections, so you can adjust the heigth to 3 different heights. also liek a 5"washer on the bottom with a spike. the seat pivots AWESOME on this access. Super easy to pivot right and drop a knee for a shot.

The ghost blind is solid. I'm quite impressed honestly. I have the case/backpack they make for it and it makes a super slick setup. IT will 100% get some use this year. I really cant believe how well the thing blends in and how fast it sets up.

I hope it works out for you. I’ve got a pop up blind and they are ok in places you can leave them for a while but on a public land hunt they are only good if you want to shoot the first deer that comes by it. The ghost blind looks like it would work well used in the right places.

Thanks. I'm thinking behind some blow downs with a little front cover and good back cover will be solid. I'll plan on wearing my ghillie boonie and mask for additional cover. I also think it will be very effective on cornfield/woods transitions.
