Yup, same. I just got into saddle hunting this fall and it was a cheap platform to get into it. I now have a predator and I realized I actually like saddle hunting now haha.

Could Anyone with an EDP comment on how they are for leaners? The front design made me second guess an impulse buy yesterday because I am a 50 / 50 guy and when I lean on my predator, it is often on the front edge of the platform.

It’s the only platform that I’ve kept (even have a backup) good balance of weight/sz has good shape to lean. I don’t care for a winged design that point is uncomfortable for me with my feet on the corners. Plus with sz 14/15s my feet are always somehow on the corners. The shape of the EDP is different initially I thought I’d cut that handle part off, glad I didn’t (great to push off)

I agree with @Bigterp on this one. That handle protrusion makes a great foothold if you want to lean to one side or the other rather than just straight back. I hunted exclusively off the EDP all year and its become my go to platform.

A couple of pics from yesterday with my size 13 boots on the EDP. First one is leaning straight back, feet on either side of the handle. The second one is leaning off to the side with the heel of my left foot hooked against the handle.

Thanks, makes me feel comfortable with my size 14.
Ordered Wednesday out for delivery today.
 
But the wingman are all sold out. That is my next try. I love my beast 1 stick and mission set up, maybe just maybe the wingman is all in one
