Is anyone else already dreaming up mods?? I think this is gonna be a quality product, however, I may look into adding some raptor buckles to the waist and leg straps

At weights from 175-210 I was fine with my old Med TL Ambushes
Large was still unnecessarily big
I’m still over 200 and would pick a M/L based on how much bigger it was than the size 2 Nutter laid it next to

Got mine ordered #1157 at around 7:15 central time. Got my shipping conformation at 12:51.
I'm probably cutting the waist buckle off. I know why they added it (platform users) but the old one was just fine without it.Is anyone else already dreaming up mods?? I think this is gonna be a quality product, however, I may look into adding some raptor buckles to the waist and leg straps

Maybe I screwed up then.
Did anyone see that the trophy line tree saddle needs to be retired after 5 years? Is this normal? Or is it just recommended due to an (over)abundance of caution?

It is very important that your Tree Saddle, Ropes and Carabiners be in good working condition. Always inspect before and after every use.

All safety harnesses have a retire by date. The old trophylines had them too but there’s plenty of 20 year old trophylines in good working order. Not all of them. Some are leaving it up to the end user which I think is a bad Idea.

Same here. End of day tomorrow. I’m planning on using it if it arrives soon enough. I have a spot close to my house I might try for a doe.
I have them. The pouches aren't bad. They are quiet. If you got the thermos pouch you probably won't like it. It has one connection point and flops around like crazy. The knee pads are good. I still use them sometimes.

I’m so pissed. I broke down the other day and ordered the Mantis. 6 weeks is too long I said to myself, but went ahead and clicked buy and then BAM, trophyline opened shop. 
I asked Tethrd via email for a refund because I cannot wait that long. I have all the gear except the saddle. I’m going on a trip and would love to take the saddle system along with me. Has anyone else cancelled their order with Tethrd? They have a great product but I can’t wait 6 weeks. 
I have not received a reply email from them as of yet. It’s been several hours.
