So I am not sure about if this has been posted as I am brand new to saddle hunting. I purchased an Ambush Pro for a decent price on AT. My question is can you just run an amsteel bridge from the lineman belt loops instead of the 2 inch bridge that comes standard? I am a bigger guy, 6'8" and about 275 on a good day. Comfort is great with the saddle from a small sample of experimenting. Just want a better and easier adjustment on the bridge. Also is using a descended easier than a prussic knot on the tether. Any inputs would be helpful. And the platform is in limbo with the Mission, or the AOL Ridge runner...
Thanks.

I use an amsteel bridge on my Trophyline ambush pro. It’s way better than the strap bridge in my opinion. I cut mine off. I also installed a cobra buckle for the waist strap and that’s a game changer. And I use a mission platform because of they’re size and love it!

I've never fondled an Ambush Pro but check it out and see if it looks like your bridge loops seems stronger than your linesman loops. (you're a big boy now)

I have the Ridge Runner and recommend it...

I just made a thread about this. I am a small guy but hate the bridge on my trophy line. Did you try the amsteel bridge yet? Wondering if it will work.

I used to have an ambush and I ran Amsteel to the bridge loops. IMO comfort was much better as well.

edit: bridge was ran to linesman’s loops

Which cobra buckle did you use in this?
