twisty tie reflectors

A buddy of mine wanted me to order some twist tie reflectors.Seems you cant buy them? so what are people using? or do you make your own? he doesnt like reflective tacks.
he gets lost both in daylight and nightime. so he needs to be able to see his path.
 
OnX doesn't quite work the same as reflective ties or tacks. Very easy to step off your entry route in the dark with OnX. Eastman used to make relective ties as did Hunter Specialties (HS Strut). I have a bunch of them and don't know if they still do.
